Calls to service numbers (starting 084, 087, 09 and 118) aren’t included in your plan allowance. There will be two charges on your bill, made up of an Access Charge that's charged by the network as pence per minute, and a Service Charge that's charged by the organisation you called. Call minutes exclude non-geographic numbers, which are often used by call centres and not associated with areas of the country e.g. 0161 for Manchester. They often start with 05, 07 or 08. Prices are set by the NGN operator. Some telephone numbers are operated by third-parties who connect or forward calls to another number. There are lots of these third-party services and prices are charged by the third-party at a higher rate to connect calls. Calls to these non-mobile and call forwarding services are not included in your inclusive minutes.

Out of allowance calls to these numbers cost 33p/min. Data allowance can be used in UK & EU/EEA. Data fair use policy may apply in EU/EEA. Deposit needed for roaming and international direct dial in limited circumstances. Calls to 084, 087, 09 & 118 numbers are not included; you'll be charged an Access Charge of 37p/min plus the applicable service charge. If you call a 070 you'll be charged up to 55p/min.
